We have been trying to get communication with our drivers station for 3 days. Can someone give us some advice? We are nearly ready to give up.

I don't completely understand your issue. Can you expand on what you mean?

Are you having trouble getting your driver station to connect to the roboRIO?

How are you connected? USB, ethernet, ethernet through the D-link?
    Have you imaged your roboRIO?
    Have you configured your D-link?
What version of the driver station are you running?

Since this is in the LabVIEW forum, are you saying you are having trouble deploying your code?

We cannot get the roboRIO to connect to the driver station. We tried to connect ethernet. We did configure the dlink and we have the new version of driver station. We are going to start from scratch tonight...re image and everything. Just don't get it.

I would start with USB (make sure the Ethernet is NOT connected). Make sure you have imaged your roboRIO: https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s...g-your-roborio

After the roboRIO is imaged, you should be able to open the Driver Station (roboRIO still connected over USB) and the Communications light should turn green. If that works, then you can move on to trying to get things working over Ethernet with the D-Link.
