  • Results of port-over of code from 2013 comp robot, team 3009

Everything ported just fine to the new controls. We encountered no errors in our 2013 robot competition bot.

    Specifically:

Two joysticks and their four axes worked.
Pneumatic (Frisbee) kicker and its trigger worked.
Motors and encoders for drive wheels and Frisbee spinner worked.
    Defense arm motor worked.
All six buttons used to shoot, raise/lower claw, change gears, etc worked.
Both Axis cameras worked, although the new dashboard was set to only display one at a time.

This is from Bires, Team 3009, Boulder City, NV.

    From the form:
    1. How long did it take to complete the task?

Less than an hour, once the software was loaded, which took about two hours.

    2. What problems or difficulties did you encounter?

    None.

    3. What would have made this task easier?

    Was very easy, so far.

    4. Any specific suggestions on improving the documentation?

    Not yet.

    5. Is there anything else you want to tell us related to this task?

    Not yet.
