No network interfaces in FRC Radio Configuration Utility

Hi,

I am a mentor for team 5179 and I am working on a practice robot.

Problem is at the very first step of trying to update the OM5P-AC : I cannot find any network interface in the drop down menu. I know that my computer does see the OM5P-AC since it says that ethernet is connectet, without internet access.

Using OM5P-AC
Windows 10 French
Administrative account
Have disabled completely wireless
Java is installed
Working Eclipse environment that can upload code to a roborio on our official robot
Have read each and every threads or web site I could find over the internet and tried many times

The FRC Radio Configuration Utility is currently not compatible with non-English versions of Windows. It uses the output of ipconfig to get a display name from the internal Java name (eth*, wlan*, etc) which does not work properly on non-english machines.
