Over the summer, The Forge Initiative (the non-profit I am a part of located in Cary, NC - http://theforgeinitiative.org/ ) will host several "How to coach FLL" sessions. FLL is much like soccer, baseball, etc in that the limiting factor for teams is adults that are willing to coach. We fielded 7 teams this past year and had many more students than that that would have liked to if we could have had more coaches. Every team takes 2 coaches and is limited to a maximum of 10 students. (and many teams self-limit to smaller groups.)

One of the amazing things about FLL is how much coaches help each other. I am still floored by the amount of help and support that I got as a rookie coach many years ago and I strive to help other coaches in the same way. I'll be happy to help you be a successful coach! Perhaps the two of you could combine as the two coaches needed!!
