Coaches Pins

So, a silly question here. Since FLL didn't mail the handbook, the coaches didn't get a pin for World Class season. Does anyone know if FLL will be sending them out at a later time, or is that something they have discontinued?

I meant to send a message to fllteams, but I never got around to it. I seem to recall something at the beginning of the season saying they would be shipped with the FSKs, but I can't find it now. I might have dreamed it, though...

Funny enough I wasn't real into the pins the first year but now that I have a little collection on my bag I would miss not having one this year. Let us know if you find out anything.

In an email from FIRST, subject "2014 FLL Team Registration information - IMPORTANT", dated February 7, 2014, it stated:

In addition, all of the team registration materials shipped to teams in a small mailer packet in previous years will now be accessed electronically beginning this 2014 World Class season. The coaches pins that were normally in this team registration packet will be mailed via a Volunteer mailing sometime as the team registration and payment reconciliation ends.

Were the coach pins for World Class the World Class logo, or were they just generic "FIRST Mentor 2015" pins. I got one of the latter, but I don't think I ever received the former. Just curious, since I got a nice new FIRST hat at Champs (the treat volunteers EXTREMELY well, there - it was a freebie) and decided to dig up all the past pins and put them on it.

Once again, this year we haven't received our pins at the time of our qualifying tournaments. I wish we had them already! I had complained last year that we didn't get them until after the tournaments, and I had hoped maybe this year they would be more thoughtful about getting them out a little earlier. The only place I think most coaches would really want to wear them would be at the tournaments. They aren't much use later.
