Conflict with Regional Event Date

Our team advanced to Regionals, but we have some kids on our team going on a Mission Trip for the entire week of our Regional event. Is it possible to try to get any sort of an approval to transfer regions that would take place on another date in order to allow these kids to participate? We could make the Memphis or Fayetteville Regionals. I thought this was a long shot, but felt I would be doing a disservice to these kids if I didn't at least check on it since they worked so hard all season.

You probably need to contact your regional FLL partner directly by phone or email. This forum is only for informal and completely unofficial communications between teams, coaches, and volunteers.
